Documents and Czech export
When applying for a Czech export number plate, the registered owner or a person holding the owner’s written power of attorney may act. The case includes identification, the registration certificate, a technical passport if one has actually been issued, and all registration plates. The authority also checks whether there is a valid Czech check of the vehicle’s identity against the registration details (evidenční kontrola). Therefore, do not request an older technical passport if the car has never had one. 2

From the Danish border to number plates
If, as a Denmark resident, you enter Denmark on foreign plates, you must notify Motorstyrelsen before importation and carry the receipt while driving.
